摘要
汽车使用LPG作为燃料是减少废气污染的一种有效途径.将车用汽油机改造成燃烧LPG的发动机,需设计一个能提供所需流量的LPG的减压阀.文中通过实例阐述了车用LPG减压阀的设计,并将设计的样品装在发动机上进行了发动机台架试验和摩托车整车试验.试验结果表明,排放性能较化油器式的汽油机有较大的提高,排放指标接近欧Ⅱ标准.
This paper introduces the design of LPG depressed valve for vehicle. The test of the engine provided with the designed sample is carried out on the bed. The result shows that the exhaust of the engine burning LPG is better than that of the gasoline engine with carburetor, and the exhaust indication is close to the Europe Ⅱ criterion.
