摘要
根据输油管道系统中阀门前后工艺参数变化的特点,建立了压力扰动通过阀门后工艺参数变化的数学模型,对阀门前后工艺参数的变化情况进行了分析。在Matlab环境下,用Simulink工具仿真研究了压力扰动对阀后压力参数的影响。应用计算实例,对比例型、积分型和PID调节阀调节方式对调节效果影响进行的模拟分析。结果表明,选择合理的阀门调节方式可以显著减小阀后压力波动。
According to the fluctuation rules of processing parameters at back and front of valve in oil pipeline system,the mathematical model for expressing the fluctuation of processing parameters after pressure disturbance pasting through valve was established. In the Matlab environment ,the effect of pressure disturbance on processing parameters behind the valve was simulated by Simulink tool. The effects of regulation by means of proportion,integral and PID regulators were simulated and analyzed on the basis of sample calculations. It is proved that rational regulation mode could remarkably reduce the pressure fluctuation behind the valve.
