摘要
LNG超低温增压调节阀门目前大都是使用进口产品,国内对LNG超低温增压调节阀门技术掌握还处于初步阶段。进口的超低温增压调节阀门不仅供货周期长,而且价格昂贵,特别是配件不能在短时间内解决,使国内LNG行业的发展受到严重制约。为了突破LNG超低温增压调节阀门关键技术,降低产品维修、检修费用,该文设计了一种液化天然气用LNG超低温增压调节阀门,介绍了其工作原理、结构特性和有限元仿真分析。
Currently, the Cryogenic Increase-pressure Control Valve in LNG mostly use imported products in the domestic. The price of which is high, and the delivery cycle is long. In order to break through the key technology of the Cryogenic Increase-pressure Control Valve in LNG to reduce product maintenance and repair costs. This article introduces the characteristics of the Cryogenic Increase-pressure Con- trol Valve used in liquefied natural gas(LNG),operating principle, the structural feature and finite element analysis.
