摘要
国产牙轮钻头滚动轴承均采用直母线圆柱滚子,由于这种滚子的边缘效应,工作时两端接触压力呈奇异分布,导致接触区产生局部塑性变形,发生早期疲劳剥落。为提高轴承的承载能力,延长钻头的使用寿命,必须对直母线滚子进行修型,即凸度设计。针对牙轮钻头滚动轴承的特点,对钻头轴承圆柱滚子凸度设计和设计理论基础进行了探讨,分析了对数凸型、圆弧凸型、圆弧修正线型和理论修正线型等四种典型凸型对受力最大的大端滚子接触压力分布的影响,认为四种凸型均能在不同程度上消除或减轻直母线滚子的边缘效应,其中对数凸型是钻头轴承滚子的最佳凸型。
In the light of the premature fatigue failure of the roller bearing on cone bits caused by the singularity of the contact Pressure on hoth ends of the straight-generatrix rollers,in other to improve the load-carrying ability and service life of the bearing,design of the convexity of the rollers are carried out.According to the characteristic of the roller bearing on the cone bit,the principle of the convexity design of therollers is introduced,the effects of four typical profiles of the main bearing rollers on the distribution ofthe contact Pressure is invcatigated,and it is declared that the Lundberg profile is the optimum profile forthe rollers of the cone bit bearing.
