摘要
利用弹性体三维有限长非接触问题的数值计算方法,对牙轮钻头滚动轴承的接触问题进行了理论研究。对某型XMP牙轮钻头大端滚子轴承的计算结果表明,直母线滚子与轴颈滚道接触时两端所产生的接触压力奇异分布,其值趋于无穷大,是轴承早期疲劳失效的主要原因。因此,为提高钻头轴承的使用寿命,必须对滚子进行凸度设计。
By the numerical method for calculating 3-D non-Hertzian contact of an elastic body, the contact of the rolling bearing on cone bits is studied. Calculation of the roller bearing on a certain cone bit shows that the premature fatigue failure of the beLlling is mainly due to the singUlarity of the contact pressure on both ends of the straight-generatrix rollers, therefore rollers with a certain degree of corn7etity must de designed to improve the service life of the hit bearing.
