摘要
本文从印度高校毕业生就业的宏观环境和高等教育现状出发,分析了印度高校毕业生就业的总体特征和模式,提出了可供解决我国目前面临的高校毕业生就业难的思考。
Both India and China are developing countries and their rapid economic growth in recent years has drawn great attention from around world. Indian college graduates play an important role in the booming of its economy. It is significant to study and draw on the successful experience of employment of the Indian graduates in improving the quality and effectiveness of graduates＇ employment work in our country. This article begins with a close examination of the macro environment of the employment of college graduates and current situation of higher education in India, analyzing their general features and patterns, and accordingly, providing thoughts to the solutions to the current thorny problem of graduates＇ employment in China.
