摘要
目的:探讨P63蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)中的表达及在其发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测43例B-NHL患者和10例反应性增生淋巴组织(RH)中的P63蛋白和PCNA的表达水平。结果:P63蛋白在43例B-NHL中的阳性表达率为82.7%(36/43),而在反应性淋巴结组织中的表达率为40.0%(4/10);PCNA在B-NHL表达的阳性率为100.0%,而在反应性淋巴结组织中的表达为30.0%(3/10);且两者在各种类型的B-NHL之间的表达有显著性差异(P<0.01),进一步分析P63及PCNA与B-NHL的恶性程度发现,两者的表达与恶性程度呈正相关(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:P63蛋白和PCNA高表达于B-NHL,P63蛋白可能作为癌基因参与B-NHL的发生并促进细胞增殖。
Objective: To explore the expression of P63 proteins and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the possible roles in the development of B-cell non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma (B-NHL). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P63 proteins and PCNA in 43 samples from B-NHL and 10 samples from reactive hyperplasisa (RH) lymphoid tissue. Results: P63 proteins positive rate was 82.7% (36/43)and 40. 0% (4/10)in B-NHL and RH respectively. PCNA positive rate was 100% and 30. 0% (3/10)in B-NHL and RH. Both showed significant differences (both P〈0.01) and their expressions correlated with the levels of malignant tissues. Conclusion: The expressions of P63 proteins and PCNA were in high levels in B-NHL. P63 proteins may play as an oncogene and accelerate the proliferation of B-NHL.
