摘要
目的 :探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)和反应性增生淋巴组织 (RL H)中表达的规律及意义。方法 :采用链酶亲和素 -过氧化物酶标记免疫组织化学方法 ,在 PCNA阳性标本中测定增殖指数 (PI)。结果 :在 NHL 中 PI高于 RL H,两者比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。 PCNA阳性细胞的分布在 NHL和 RL H标本中有不同的规律。结论 :PCNA可作为鉴别良性和恶性淋巴结病变的判定指标。
Objective To studies the expression rule of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (RLH).Methods The PCNA index (PI) was detected by the immunohistochemistry method of streptavidin in the PCNA positive samples.Results The PI in NHL was higher than that in RLH,and there had a significant different(P<0 05)between the NHL and RLH.Conclusion PCNA is a supplementary index for identifying the benign and malignant lymphadenopathy.
