摘要
目的:寻找一种在自体表皮移植治疗白癜风中处理白斑区的有效方法。方法:选择28例稳定期白癜风患者,用XH超高频皮肤整形仪处理白斑区,使之形成新鲜创面,而后行表皮细胞移植。结果:用XH超高频皮肤整形仪治疗白癜风患者28例,移植皮片178片,其中痊愈107片(60.1%),显效58片(32.16%),有效11片(6.2%),无效2片(51.5%),总有效率92.6%。结论:用XH超高频皮肤整形仪处理白癜风皮损区表皮方便、灵活、精细、准确,创面新鲜、平坦,有利于移植皮片成活。
Objective To choose a operation appropriate to the autologus epidermal grafting for vitiligo. Methods 178 skin lesions of 28 cases with vitiligo were treated by XH ultra-high frequency skin plastic operation apparatus. Results The cure rate, marked effective rate,effective rate,noneffective rate and total effective rate were 60.1%,32.6%,6.2%,1.1%and98.8%. Conclusion XH ultra-high frequency skin plastic operation apparatus removing superficial layer of dermis with vitiligo is simple and effective way.
