摘要
目的:观察308 nm高能准分子光联合自体表皮细胞移植治疗面部稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法:选择面部稳定期白癜风患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组皮损区先进行自体表皮细胞移植,2周后再给予每周2次308 nm高能准分子光治疗;对照组仅给予每周2次308 nm高能准分子光治疗,3个月后评价临床疗效。结果:两组有效率分别为96.7%、76.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.81,P<0.01)。结论:308 nm高能准分子光联合自体表皮细胞移植治疗面部稳定期白癜风具有协同作用,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy observation on the facial stable vitiligo combination therapy of 308 nm high-en-ergy excimer laser and autogenol scarfs transplantation. Method Random divide 60 cases were randomly divided into the test group and the control group. For test group：Twice a week by 308 nm high-energy excimer laser combined with autogenol scarfs transplantation after two weeks of autogenol scarfs transplantation only. For control group：Twice a week by 308 nm high-energy excimer laser combined with autog-enol scarfs transplantation only. Evaluate after 3 months. Results The effective rate of test group was 96. 7%,control group was 76. 7%. The difference was statistically significant（χ2 =3. 81,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The rapy of the facial stable vitiligo combination 308 nm high-energy excimer laser with autogenol scarfs transplantation is more effective and should be extended in clinic.
