摘要
观察新型超脉冲CO2 激光行皮肤除皱手术的效果。用超脉冲CO2 激光行皮肤除皱手术 ,观察手术效果及并发症。行下睑皱纹、鱼尾纹、额部皱纹及面颊部皱纹共 82例 ,取得了良好的除皱效果 ,但术后 3个月后仍有一定比例的色素沉着 ( 15 .9% ) ,半年左右可逐渐消失 ,特别是对于肤色较深的人术后的色素沉着可能更明显 ,可以在术前1个月和术后 3个月期间用氢醌类药物来预防和治疗 ,方法有效。未发现顽固性色素沉着的病例。新型超脉冲CO2激光行皮肤除皱手术的效果可靠 ,与传统方法相比有更多的优点 ,但色素沉着问题需引起足够重视。
Aim: Observe the results of skin resurfacing with ultrapulse CO 2 laser. and its complications. 82 cases of skin resurfacing were done in the area of lower eyelid, temporal, forehead and cheek, good results were obtained, but some pigmentation left(15.9%) three months after skin resurfacing, especially in dark skin people, and gradually fade away in about half an year. Some remedy could be used to prevent the pigmentation such as hydroquinone applied 1 month before and 3 months after the operation, no one case of long time pigmentation occured in this day. Some good results of skin resurfacing could be obtained with ultrapulse CO 2 laser, and have more strong point than the ordinary methods, but for the problem of pigmentation, important consideration must be taken about it.
