VEGF-C和CD34在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究VEGF-C和CD34在涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)中表达及其与临床病理的关系,探讨ACC转移机理。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测42例ACC中VEGF-C和CD34表达情况,并计算微血管密度(MVD),采用SPSS软件行统计学分析。结果VEGF-C的表达和MVD与ACC组织类型有关(P=0.000;P=0.001);MVD和VEGF-C表达间无相关性(P=0.165)。结论VEGF-C和MVD可作为ACC分化的指标之一;VEGF-C可能与ACC淋巴结转移有关。 Objective To investigated the expression of VEGF-C and CD34 and to understand the metastatic mechanism of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of salivary glands. Methods Immunohistochemical staining (SP) was used to determine the expression of VEGF-C and CD34 in 42 cases of ACE3 of salivary gland and to quantify the MVD. SPSS statistical software was used in this study. Results The expression of VEGF-C and MVD were correlated with the histological pattern ( P=0. 000 ; P=0. 001). There was no correlation between the expression of VEGF-C and MVD ( P = 0. 165 ). Conclusion In the ACC, VEGF-C expression and MVD might be used as predictors for the differentiation. VEGF-C may be correlated with the lymph node metastasis.
