摘要
收集新鲜成人尸体颊、舌部组织标本１０例，应用ＡＢＣ酶标染色法，透射电镜观察及体视学定量方法，对颊、舌部组织不同层次内的淋巴管形态、结构及数量进行了研究。结果发现：颊、舌部组织各层内均有毛细淋已管分布，但密度不同；粘膜层内毛细淋巴管的体积密度、面数密度及长度密度均最高，而肌层内上述三项指标则较低。颊、舌部组织内毛细淋巴管腔大，外形极不规则，结构不完整；内皮间连接有端－端、重叠及镶嵌三种形式，连接松散，可见到开放状态；毛细淋巴管由锚丝代替了毛细血管的基底膜将淋巴管固定于周围组织中。结果提示，毛细淋巴管结构不完整及内皮间连接松散为癌细胞的侵入提供了有利的解剖学基础。
Abstract The morphology,structure and density of the lymphatics of various tissue's layers of the cheek and tongue from ten fresh adult candavers ware studied through immunohisto-chemistry stain, transmission electron microsope and stereology methods.The results showed that there were lymphatics in each layers of cheek and tongue,but the density waa various.Vv.NA and Lv of lymphatics were higher in mucosa than in muacular layer.The lymphatics showed large cavities,irregular appearance and structure deformities,with three kinds of endothelium junction-end-end,overlapping and interdigitate.The endothelium also showed relaxed junction or opened state.The lymphatica were fixed in tissues by AF instead of the basement.membrane of capillary.The result supposed that the structure deformity, relaxed junction and the opened state of the endathelium were the anatomic base for cancer cell's invading into the lymphatics.
