摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定速克感冒胶囊中蒙花苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(26∶23∶1),检测波长为334nm,流速为1ml/min,柱温为室温,进样量为5μl。结果:蒙花苷进样量在0·12μg^0·60μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均回收率为98·57%(RSD=0·65%)。结论:本方法简便可靠、灵敏度高、专属性及重现性好,可用于本品的含量测定及质量控制。
OBJECTIVE：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of linarin in Sukeganmao capsules,METHODS：The separation was performed on C18 and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol - water- glacial acetic acid（26 ： 23 ： 1）with detection wavelength at 334nm, flow rate at 1,0ml/min and sample size at 5〉1 under room temperature. RESULTS：The linear range of linarin was 0.12ug--0.60ug .The average recovery was 98.57% （RSD = 0.65% ）. CONCLUSIONS：This method is simple, reliable, sensitive, specific and reproducible, and suitable for the determination and quality control of Sukeganmao capsules.
