摘要
目的建立七味清泉颗粒中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为DIONEX C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(52∶46∶2);检测波长:334 nm;柱温:25℃;流速:0.8 mL.min-1。结果蒙花苷进样浓度在0.068~0.340μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为99.56%,RSD=2.12%(n=5)。结论该方法简便,专属性强,重复性好,可用于七味清泉颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of linarin in qiweiqingquan granules. Methods HPLC was performed on DIONEX C18(250 minx4.6 mm,5 μm )with column temperature at 25 ℃ and methanol-waterglacial acetic acid(52 : 46 : 2) as mobile phase . The detection wavelength was at 334 nm and the flow rate was at 0.8 mL.min^-1. Results The linear range of linarin was within 0. 068-0. 340 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.56%, RSD = 2.12% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method is simple, specific and repeatable for the quality control of qiweiqingquan granules.
