摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定速克感冒胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量和含量均匀度的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05mol·L-1磷酸氢二钠(10%磷酸调pH至3.0)(22.5∶77.5),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为260nm。结果:马来酸氯苯那敏在0.01～0.12mg·mL-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.3%。结论:方法准确可靠,可用于该制剂的马来酸氯苯那敏的含量及含量均匀度的测定。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content and contentuniformity of Chlorphenamine Maleate in Sukeganmao capsules.Methods：A Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm）column was used.acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4（adjust pH to 3.0 with 10% H3PO4）（22.5∶77.5）was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.Results：The calibration curve of chlorphenamine maleate was in a good linearity over the range of 0.01-0.12 mg·mL-1（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.3%.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable,accurate and suitable for the determination of content and content uni-formity of chlorphenamine maleate in Sukeganmao capsules.
