摘要
本文用胃癌细胞系(GGC—8140)免疫BALB/C小鼠,获得了一系列抗胃癌细胞的McAbs。经IFS和ABC测定其反应性,可将其分为三种类型:(1)只与靶细胞反应,不与其它细胞或组织反应。(2)不但与靶细胞反应,还与正常及癌瘤组织反应。(3)与靶细胞、裸大鼠胃癌模型、某些癌及非癌组织反应,但是,与绝大多数正常组织细胞以及CEA、AFP、β_2M、HCG无反应,反应特点是与起源于腺上皮细胞的癌组织反应明显除后者外其它二类均不是肿瘤特异性抗体。
A series of monoclonal antibodies (GMG1) against gastric cancer cells line (GGC-8140) were obtained by immunizing BALB/C mice with the gastric cancer cells. The reactivity of the antibodies was tested using indirect fluorescent staining (IFS) and ABC methods. These antibodies may be classified into 3 different groups: (a) GMGL:1D-1, which was GGC-8140 specific and did not react with other cell lines or tissue samples. (b) GMG 1: 1A2, 4D6, 5BlO, which could react with GGC-8140 and also with a number of normal and tumor samples. (C) GMG1: 1D1 -2, which could react with GGC-8140, gastric cancer model in nude rats and with certain cancer or non-cancerous tissue samples , but did not react with the mojority of normal tissues or CEA, β 2M, HCG, AFP. It possessed a rema-rkable specificity for cancer originated from adenoepithelial cells. All these McAbs were not tumor specific except GMG1; D1-2.
