水通道蛋白1及4在大鼠喉组织中的表达 被引量:11

Expression of aquaporin 1 and aquaporin 4 in rat laryngeal tissue

摘要 目的:检测水通道蛋白1(AQP1)及4(AQP4)在大鼠喉组织中的表达,以探讨AQP1及AQP4在喉部的分布及在喉部疾病发病过程中可能的作用机制和意义。方法:正常大鼠喉组织标本8例,苏木精-伊红染色用于常规组织病理学检查,免疫组织化学染色用于观察AQP1及AQP4的表达部位。结果:AQP1主要表达于大鼠喉黏膜固有层的血管内皮细胞、喉黏膜腺体及肌细胞核膜上。AQP4主要表达于大鼠喉黏膜鳞状上皮、假复层柱状纤毛上皮、固有层黏膜腺体及肌细胞膜上。结论:AQP1及AQP4表达于大鼠喉的不同部位,在喉部水转运中起不同的作用,或许在喉部疾病中具有重要作用。 Objective: To detect expression level and distribution of aquaporin 1 (AQP1) and aquaporin 4 (AQP4) in rat laryngeal tissues and try to find out significance about aquaporin in the laryngeal function and mech- anism on the laryngeal diseases. Method:Eight cases laryngeal tissues were obtained from normal wistar rats. The slides were detected with HE staining for routine histopathologic examination, immunohistochemical staining was performed for observing the expression of AQP1 and AQP4 in laryngeal tissue. Result: AQP1 expresses mainly on the capillary endothelial cell of laryngeal mucous lamina propria, laryngeal mucous glands and myocyte nuclear membrane. AQP4 expresses mainly on squamous epithelial, pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium, laryngeal lamina propria mucous glands and myocyte membrane. Conclusion:The distribution of Aquaporin 1 and aquaporin 4 on rat laryngeal tissue is dramatically different. This result suggests that they may have different role on the water transport of larynx, and may play an important role on laryngeal diseases.
