摘要
老年人口增加给护理管理带来了新的挑战,也产生了相应的影响。护理服务需求显著增加,合理的老年护理人力资源的配置,健全的社区老年护理服务机构的建立,老年护理保险制度的完善,需要建立完善的老年服务体系,发展老年服务机构,多渠道培养老年护理专业人才,建立各层次老年护理保健制度,从而改善老年人的生活质量,最终实现人口健康老龄化。
The increase of elderly people brings new chanllege and has certain effect on nursing management, such as the significant increase of nursing care requirements, reasonable nurse staffing for elderly care, the establishment of community nursing institution and the improvement of nursing insurance for elderly people. Therefore,in order to improve the elderly people＇ s quality of life and achieve the aim of health aging,it is necessary to establish perfect elderly care system,develop elderly service institution,train specialized elderly care nurses by diversified means and set up nursing insurance system for elderly people in various levels.
