摘要
目的为了解老年人群患病情况与医疗需求,为老年医学的研究提供信息。方法对青岛市某三甲医院近5年84959例老年住院病人住院情况进行分析,采用描述性统计、卡方趋势检验和方差分析等方法。结果老年住院病人比例与住院费呈逐年上升趋势(p<0.05),前三位系统疾病为循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病。结论青岛市近5年老年人医疗需求逐年增加,应提升其综合医疗服务水平。
Objective To promote the development of gerontology,to understand the disease spectrum and the characteristics of the aging patients,so as to provide information for the further research of gerontology.Methods Descriptive analysis,χ2 test and analysis of variance were used.Results The proportion of the aging inpatients rose year by year,（P0.05）,the expenditure of the aging inpatients increased as well.（P0.05）,the top three diseases were circulatory system diseases,tumor and respiratory system diseases.Conclusions To provide better service for the elderly patients,it is necessary to set up a comprehensive ward for the elderly,including prophylaxis,health care,medical treatment,recovery etc.
