应用教育工具在老年糖尿病患者足部护理教育中的效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价应用足部护理教育工具对老年糖尿病患者实施教育的效果。方法将2010年12月到我院门诊就诊的84例老年2型糖尿病患者分为对照组和干预组,均进行足部护理教育和示范指导,对干预组发放足部护理教育工具,包含足部护理手册、光盘及足部护理工具套装。1个月后进行家庭随访观察并评价患者足部护理行为。结果应用教育工具进行教育后,干预组患者足部护理行为水平明显提高,且高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论应用符合老年患者生理特点和读写能力的教育工具能有效提高老年糖尿病患者的足部护理教育效果。 Objective To evaluate the effects of foot care education with education materials in older patients with diabetes. Methods Eighty - four older patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups and received education about foot care knowledge and skill. In addition the patients in the experimental group got the food care education handouts, DVDs, and a set of foot care tool. After one month the foot care behavior observation checklist was used to evaluate the education effect through follow - up home visit. Results The level of foot care of patients in the experimental group increased obviously after the implementation of foot care education with education material, and was higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of education materials which fits older patients'physiological characteristics and literacy cart significantly improve the foot care education effects of older patients with diabetes.
