摘要
研究了斑地锦总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明:连续回流法明显优于浸渍法;正交实验得出总黄酮最佳提取条件为A1B3C3D3,即65%的乙醇12倍量提取4次,每次2 h条件下提取液中总黄酮含量最高;各因素对试验结果的影响顺序为D(提取次数)>B(提取时间)>C(加倍量)>A(乙醇浓度)。斑地锦总黄酮是主要的抑菌成分之一,其对温和气单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度为1.25 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为10 mg/mL。
An orthogoual experiment [ L9(3^4) ] was carried out to explore the optimum extractive technology for the total flavonoids in Herba Euphorbiae Maculatae. The 4 factors, each with 3 levels, were alcohol concentration, extractive time, solvent volume and extraction time. The optimum combination of the conditions turned out to be 12 -fold volume of 65% alcohol + reflux extraction for 2 h + extraction 4 times, The result of bacteriostatsis was MIC 1.25 mg/mL and MBC 10 mg/mL.
