摘要
采用超滤技术用于黄岑甙的提取，在不同工艺条件下，超滤时药液浓度，温度和ｐＨ等因素对超滤速度及收率的影响进行了研究。实验表明：该工艺生产周期缩短，得率和纯度提高。
The ultrafiltration technology was developed for the extraction of baicalin. Such influential factors as different conditions,concentration of Chinese medicine solution, temperature,pH value during ultrafiltration process,etc,on ultrafiltration rate and yield were studied.The experiment results indicated that the extraction process can make the production cycle shorten,and the yield and purity raise.
