摘要
目的对地锦草不同醇浓度提取物进行体外抗真菌实验,测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值。方法采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的《产孢丝状真菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感性试验方案》(M38-A),选取地锦草提取物敏感的12株皮肤癣菌按文献方法进行抑菌试验。结果地锦草提取物对红色毛癣菌的MIC范围为512~1 024μg/ml;对石膏样毛癣菌的MIC范围为341~512μg/ml;对许兰、犬小孢子、须毛、疣状、紫色毛癣菌的MIC范围为128~1 024μg/ml。结论地锦草不同醇浓度提取物体外实验对真菌的生长具有抑制作用。
Objective To examine the antifungal effect of Dijincao extract in vitro and to measure the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).Methods According to the standard approved by the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCCLS):Reference Method for Broth Dilution Antifungal Susceptibility Testing of Filamentous Fungi(M38-A),12 strains of dermatophytes being sensitive to Dijincao extract were selected,and germicidal test was conducted according to the method in documents.Results The MIC range of Dijincao extract against Trichophyton rubrum was 512~1024 μg/ml;the MIC range of Dijincao extract against Trichophyton mentagrophytes was 341~512 μg/ml;the MIC range of Dijincao extract against T.schoenleinii,T.violaceum,M.canis,T.verrucosum were 128~1024 μg/ml.Conclusion Dijincao extract has antifungal activity against the dermatophytes in vitro.
