摘要
对蒙药地锦草总黄酮提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明：乙醇提取法优于水提取法；用６倍量的７５％乙醇浸泡１２ｈ后回流提取１．５ｈ，共提取３次为最佳方案；提取液经石油醚脱色正丁醇萃取即得精制总黄酮。
Optimum extractive technology of total
flavonoids of traditional Mongolian medicine herba euphorbiae humifusae was studied with
orthogonal test here.The four factors i.e.the data of alcohol concentration; extractive time;
adding solvent volume and extractive time were selected and the three levels from each of the
four factors were chosen.The experiment design was made using orthogonal form L9(34)and
results showed that optimum extractive technology of coarse powder of herba euphorbiae
humifusae adding six times volume's of 75% alcohol and immersing 12 h,then reflux extracting
1.5h and extracting 3 times was the best.
