摘要
对常规热处理后的部分高合金模具钢和钢结硬质合金的冷技压模具进行深冷处理,模具的硬度略微变化而红硬性和耐磨性增加,大大提高冷挤压模具的使用寿命.深冷处理强化的原因主要是残余奥氏体转变、超微细碳化物析出及表面粗糙度和摩擦性的改善。
The cold extrusion dies, made of high alloy die steel or steely harded metal,were treated by cryogenic method after conventional heat treatment, therefore, the red hard-ness and wear resi8tance of the dies were increased and the service life of them were greatlyprolonged' The hardening was mainly caused by the transformation of retained austenite, thedeposition of fine carbides, as well as the imptovement of die surface roughness and antifriction.
