摘要
Cu15Ni8SnNb合金一般的处理工艺为时效处理,强度可达1200MPa,但工艺复杂。对该合金带材进行深冷处理,其强度可提高到1300MPa,弹性模量达1200MPa。透射电镜观察发现深冷处理后的合金中有一种框架式孪晶亚结构,当合金发生塑性变形时,框架式孪晶能阻碍位错移动,这是合金强化的主要原因。
The common strengthening process of Cu15Ni8SnNb alloy is ageing and its intensity may reach 1 200MPa. But the process is quite complicated. The cryogenic treatment of the alloy strip performed and its could increase to 1 300MPa after treatment and the modules of elasticity to 1 200MPa. TEM observation found the alloys had a kind of frame-type twin substructure that was produced during cryogenic treatment. When alloy undergoes plastic deformation, the frame-type twin can block the motion of the dislocation. This makes the alloys strengthened.
