摘要
采用腐蚀失重法、交流阻抗法、线性极化及动电位扫描分别测定了碳钢在含Ca2+、HCO-3并饱和以CO2的油气田产出水中的腐蚀速度、传递电阻、点蚀倾向以及电化学参数βa、βc值。实验结果表明,室温(29℃)下,当介质中HCO-3浓度在低于0.1×10-3Mr范围内变化时,或较高温度下(59℃)低于0.02×10-3Mr范围内变化时,碳钢的腐蚀速度均因阴极过程受阻而逐渐下降。然而当其浓度超过此值后。
Using corrosion weight loss method,alternating current resistance methodand potentiodynamic scan techmipue,the corrosion rate,transmission resistance,pitting trend ,and values of electrochemical parameter β 2,β c of carbon steel in oil-gas field water containing Ca 2+ ,HCO 3 -and CO 2are determined.the experimental results show that if the concentration of HCO 3 -in the medium is lower than 0,1×10 -3 Mr at 29C;or lower than 0,02×10 -3 Mr at 59C,the corrosion rate of carbon steel will decrese,gradually because cathode process is resisted ,however,if the comcentyation of HCO 3 -is higher,than the value HCO 3 -will promote the corrosion of carbon steel.
