摘要
采用多种电化学方法研究了碳钢在低pH值氯化钠溶液中的腐蚀过程和渗氢量之问的关系,H2S浓度以及温度对这个过程的影响。实验表明,在pH值等于2的条件下,当H2S含量为5-50ppm的浓度范围内,存在着明显的加速腐蚀和渗氢过程的浓度敏感区,腐蚀速度和渗氢量之间存在良好的正比关系,并建立起在低pH值条件下H2S加速碳钢腐蚀和渗氢过程的模型以及等效电路。
In this paper, the relation between corrosion and the amount of hydrogen diffusion of carbon steel is studied by electric chemistry in NaCl solution connining H2S with low pH, and the effect of concentration of H2S and temperature on the conosion process is studied also. The test results show that in the 5 to 5oppm concentration region of H2S at pH=2, there is a respective region of acceleration of corrosion and hydrogen diffusion, and between corrosion rate and the-of hydrogen diffusion there is a good direct ration. The model and equivalent circuits of H2S acceleration to the corrosion and hydrogen diffusion of carbon steel at low pH are made.
