摘要
利用灰关联分析理论研究11口气井碳钢腐蚀的主要影响因素。研究结果表明,产气量大的气井腐蚀严重,而气体流速、CO_2分压和产出水中HCO_3^-离子含量是影响腐蚀的主要因素。探讨这些因素对腐蚀的具体影响,发现腐蚀速度的对数与流速及CO_2分压的对数之间分别存在着线性关系。
It is very necessary to determine the factors which significantly influence corrosion of mild steel in gas wells. The results by grey relational analysis show that severe corrosion occurs on those productive gaswells. The velocity of gas, CQ2 partial pressure and content of HCO3 ion in produced water have marked influence on corrosion. The logarithm of the corrosion rate increases linearly with the logarithm of gas velocity and CQ2 partial pressure respectively.
