摘要
在原油储罐底部有污水沉积 ,沉积水中杂质成分复杂 ,对油罐底板产生严重腐蚀。本次实验采用电化学方法测试了原油储罐罐底污水中 ,在不同S2 - 离子浓度、pH值以及不同温度时碳钢的极化曲线 ,并分析了各因素对碳钢腐蚀的影响。研究结果表明 :沉积水中S2 - 离子浓度大于2× 1 0 - 4 mg/L、pH值大于 9以及在一定电位下碳钢表面处于钝化状态 ,腐蚀电流小 ;较高温下将大大加速碳钢的腐蚀。
Polarization curves were tested for steel samples with different conditions of S\+\{2-\} concentation, pH value and temperature in the waste water taken from crude oil storage tanks. The results indicate that corrosion will be slight when \[S\+\{2-\}\]>2×10\+\{-4\} mg/L and pH>9 under a certain potential. In higher tempertures, the corrosion of steel will be accelerated greatly.
