摘要
由于功率集成电路功率耗散比较大,发热量也大,因此,过热保护电路对于功率集成电路是非常重要的。文章介绍了一种用于集成电路内部的带热滞回功能的过热保护电路。电路不使用齐纳二极管和迟滞比较器,通过简单的反馈,防止了热振荡现象的发生。
As a result of the power dissipation of power IC's, the temperature of the chip will increase, which may result in breakdown of the circuit. A thermal shutdown circuit with hysteresis is presented in the paper, which can prevent thermal oscillation from occurring through simple feedback, without using Zener diodes and hysteresis comparators. The principle of the circuit and its particular design are described.
