摘要
设计了一种基于带隙比较器的过热保护电路。该电路可用于功率集成电路和电源管理芯片中。采用0.6μmBiCMOS工艺对电路进行了仿真。结果表明,该电路对温度灵敏度高,关断和开启温度点受电源电压和工艺参数变化的影响很小。通过比较器的迟滞功能防止了热振荡现象的发生。
A new thermal shutdown circuit based on the comparator with bandgap structure is proposed. Using 0.6μm BiCMOS process, the result of simulation shows that the circuit features high sensitivity to temperature, accurate turn off/on threshold value under different supply voltage and process. And it makes the circuit a wide usage in the field of power ICs and power supply management while the thermal oscillation is eliminated by the hysteretic comparator.
