摘要
目的探讨三氯异氰脲酸消毒剂杀菌和HBsAg灭活效果及其毒性。方法用载体定量法和动物毒性试验观察其杀灭微生物效果、HBsAg的灭活作用与毒性。结果当消毒剂溶液中有效氯含量为400 mg/L3、00 mg/L及200 mg/L,分别作用3、5和10 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的平均杀灭率均达99.99%以上。有效氯含量为2 000 mg/L、1 500 mg/L和1 000 mg/L,分别作用10、15和20 min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率可达100%。有效氯含量为3 000 mg/L、2 500 mg/L作用20 min2、000 mg/L作用30 min,可使HBsAg 100%灭活。小白鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50≥1 000 mg/kg.bw;对家兔眼结膜和皮肤均无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染细胞微核试验阴性。结论该消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞和HBsAg有良好的杀灭效果;性能稳定、低毒、无刺激性、无致突变作用。
Objective To explore the germicidal and inactivation to HBsAg interferring factors and toxicity of disinfectant which contained trichloroisocynuric acid. Methods Carrier quantitative method and animal toxicity were used to observe interferring factors of organic substance and toxicity. Results The results showed that trichloroisocynuric acid disinfectant containing 400mg/L, 300 mg/L and 200 mg/L available chlorine killed over 99.99 % of Staphylococcus aureus and Eseherichia colt in 3, 5 and 10 min respectively. The solution of trichloroisocynurie acid disinfectant containing available chlorine contented 2 000 mg/L, 1 500 mg/L, and 1 000 mg/L killed 100% spores of B. subtilis var. niger respectively in 10 min, 15 min and 20 min, The solution of trichloroisocynuric acid disinfectant containing available chlorine content 3 000 mg/L and 2 500 mg/L in 20 min or 2 000 mg/L in 30 rain destroyed 100% HBsAg. Mouse bone marrow micronucleus test was negative. The mouse oral LD50 of the disinfectant was 〉 1 000 mg/kg, bw. Conclusions The results indicated that the trichloroisocynuric acid disinfectant had good germicidal efficacy to vegetative forms of bacteria and Candida albieans and spores of B, subtilis var. niger. It had low toxicity no mutagenic effect.
