摘要
[目的 ]观察二氧化氯对霍乱弧菌的杀灭作用。 [方法 ]以本实验室保存的来自病人的O1群和养鳖池O13 9群霍乱菌株作为实验菌 ,按照GB 195 81-1995操作。[结果 ]二氧化氯 2 2 5mg/L和 45 0mg/L作用 2min ,对霍乱弧菌的杀灭率分别达到 99 99%和 10 0 %。有机物的存在会明显降低杀菌率 ;在 pH 6 0和pH 8 5的鱼塘水模拟水样中 ,二氧化氯 2 2 5mg/L作用 2 0min或 45 0mg/L作用 2min ,对霍乱弧菌的杀灭率达 10 0 % ,明显高于水中其它细菌。[结论
