摘要 根据最近文献,对椭圆偏振技术应用于研究电化学体系和生物化学现象的现状进行了综述,包括基础理论发展和各种试验应用,进一步评述了掠射式椭圆偏振技术的应用进展,显示出椭圆偏振技术是一种高效、简便的现场检测手段,具有广阔的发展前景。引用文献39篇。 It was summarized that the advance in the application of ellipsometry studied on electrochemistry systems and biochemistry phenomenons according to recent references including the groundwork and experiments. The study on the application of craze ellipsometry was summarized as well. It appears that ellipsometry is one of the most effective and simple methods in spot survey. Thirty-nine references have been reviewed.
