摘要
管理心理学中的心理契约思想被引入到大学生思想政治教育中,并且逐渐成为大学生思想政治教育的新视角。大学生思想政治教育中心理契约充分展现其非功利性、政治性、教育性等特征优势,充分发挥其导向功能、凝聚功能、激励功能、整合功能,通过运用情感激励、建立良好的沟通机制、进行科学的职业生涯设计、创设以人为本的校园文化等心理契约管理手段,不断创新大学生思想政治教育,增强教育实效。
The thought of psychological contract in management psychology is introduced to the university students' ideological and political education, and becomes a new way. There are many advantages, such as no utility, political nature, education in the psychological contract in the university students' ideological and political education. The psychological Contract can fully play many functions such as direction, condensation, encouragement, guaranteeing a whole and so on. In order to innovate the university students' ideolegical and political education, and strengthen its result, we should apply some useful ways including encouragement through emotion, building a good exchange mechanism, scientifically designing their job career for the university students, setting up a man - oriented campus culture.
