摘要
当前,心理契约思想逐渐成为大学生思想政治教育的新视角。大学生思想政治教育中的心理契约充分展现了自身非功利性、政治性、教育性等特征优势,充分发挥了导向、激励、凝聚、整合等功能,通过发挥情感激励,运用良好的沟通机制,设计科学、合理的职业生涯,建设以人为本的校园文化等心理契约管理方法,不断创新大学生思想政治教育,增强教育实效。
Nowadays, psychological contract becomes a new perspective to study college students＇ ideological and political education. It has the advantages of nature of politics and education without utility. We should use its function of guidance, encouragement, unity and adjustment to construct a new management on campus culture with communication and vocational plan, which can innovate college students＇ ideological and political education and enhance the function of education.
