摘要
近年来层出不穷的大学生违约、跳槽的现象加大了高校毕业生就业工作的难度。通常高校就业指导部门都会将其归因于大学生的诚信问题,该文从心理契约的角度探讨出现上述现象的原因,同时从心理契约角度提出帮助高校就业指导部门更好开展大学生就业指导工作的建议。
Recent years ,lots of phenomena related with breach of contract ,job hopping increase the difficulty of job hunting of graduate students. Usually, the Department of Employment Guidance of universities attributes this to the integrity and honesty of university students. This paper discusses the reasons resulting in these phenomena from the angle of psychological contract. Meanwhile, suggestions to help the Department of Employment Guidance better unfold the job consuhation and guidance are posed at the level of psychological contract.
