园柏和龙柏主要挥发物及其抑菌和杀菌作用 被引量:25

Main Volatile Components in the Leaves of Sabina chinensis L. Ant. and Sabina chinensis L. Ant. cv. Kaizuca and Their Effects on Bacteria

摘要 目的分析园柏和龙柏挥发物的化学成分,并比较其抑菌和杀菌效果。方法于2003年8月在上海植物园采集新鲜的园柏和龙柏叶片,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术进行挥发物成分分析,并用其挥发油对表皮葡萄球菌(ATCC-35984)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC-29213)、大肠杆菌(ATCC-25922)、绿脓杆菌(ATCC-27853)进行体外抗菌效果研究。结果园柏和龙柏挥发油中主要成分均为乙酸龙脑酯,含量分别为38.1%和46.5%,此外,园柏含24.9%的水芹烯(phellandrene)和12.4%的对薄荷-1-烯-4-醇(p-menth-l-en-4-ol),龙柏含30.0%的柠檬烯(limonene)和7.9%的β-蒎烯(β-pinene)。园柏挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度分别为4、8mg/L;2、8mg/L;8、8mg/L。龙柏挥发油仅对金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌有抑菌作用,最低抑菌浓度分别为2、4mg/L,并且只对表皮葡萄球菌有杀菌作用熏最低杀菌浓度为16mg/L。结论园柏挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有较强的抑菌及杀菌效果,而龙柏挥发油仅对金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌有抑菌效果,且只对表皮葡萄球菌有杀菌效果。园柏挥发油的抑菌杀菌效果优于龙柏,且抑菌范围更广。 Objective To analyze the volatile composition in the leaves of Sabina chinersis L. Ant. and Sabina chinensis L. Ant. cv. Kaizuca and to study their effects on bacteria. Methods GC-MS was employed in the analysis of volatile composition and four kinds of bacteria were used for testing the sterilization and bacteriostasis of the volatile oil. Results The main substance in volatile oil from the two kinds of plants, Sabina chinersis L. Ant. and Sabina chinensis L. Ant. cv. Kaizuca, was bornyl acetate and the percentage was 38.1% and 46.5% respectively. In addition, in the volatile oil from Sabina chinersis L. Ant. contained 24% of phellandrne and 12.4% ofp-menth-1-en-4-ol, as for Sabina chinensis L. Ant. cv. Kaizuca, 30.0% of limonene and 7.9% of β-pinene were contained. The volatile oil from Sabina chinersis L. Ant. had greater effects of bacteriostasis and sterilization on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coil compared with Sabina chinensis L. Ant. cv. Kaizuca. Conclusion Compared with Sabina chinensis L. Ant. cv. Kaizuca, the effects of sterilization and bacteriostasis of volatile oil from Sabina chlnensis L. Ant. are much greater and with a larger spectrum of bacteria.
