摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了龙柏枝条的挥发油,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,共分离和鉴定了44种化学成分,占挥发油总量的92.64%,主要成分为α-雪松醇(14.90%)、罗汉柏烯(6.90%)、α-蒎烯(5.78%)、γ-木罗烯(5.52%)和柠檬烯(5.00%)。利用触角电位测定技术测定双条杉天牛成虫对挥发油的反应。结果表明,在一定范围内EAG反应强度与挥发油剂量呈正相关;同种样品,雌虫的EAG反应强于雄虫,且差异显著。
Essential oil from branches of Sabina chinensis( L. ) Ant. cv. Kaizuca were extracted by hydrodistillation and analyzed by GC/MS. From the oil,44 compounds were identified. The major components "were α-cedrol ( 14.90% ) , thujopsene ( 6.90% ), α-pinene (5.78 % ), γ-muurolene ( 5.52% ), and limonene ( 5.00% ). Electroantennogram (EAG) responses of Semanotus bifasciatus to the essential oil were recorded. The results showed the response strength was positively correlated with the dosage to ascertain.range;response of female was Significantly stronger than that of male.
