摘要
以龙柏茎叶为材料,用乙醇进行提取,粗提物对15种植物病原真菌的抑制作用进行了测定。结果表明,粗提物浓度在67mg/ml的情况下,对15种供试植物病原菌都有一定的抑制作用,且对其中9种供试病原菌的抑制率达到了80%以上,并对抑制效果较好的8种植物病原菌进行了进一步的测定,测定出了抑制作用的有效浓度。
Bioassay of the extracts from Dragon chinese juniper with ethanol to 15 kinds of plant pathogens was tested.The results showed that the extracts had certain inhibition effects to all tested fungi, and the inhibiting rates to 9 kinds of fungi were more than 80% under the concentration of 67mg/ml.The EC50 to 8 kinds of plant pathogens were also tested.
