摘要
简述了气液传质设备的发展,提出可将旋风分离器改造成气液吸收设备的观点,并对实验过程与原理做了简要描述,分析得到比相界面积、液相物理传质系数、扩散时间的表达式,并根据实验得到的相关数据,对工业应用上较为关注的吸收效率、吸收速率进行了测量,最后分析各项指标的结果,为进一步的研究打下了一定的基础。
This article briefly compendiums the development of gas-liquM mass transfer equipment, brings up an idea that the cyclone can be changed into a new gas-liquid absorption equipment, describes experimental courses and theories, and then gets the formulas for the effective phase interfacial area, the liquid-phase coefficient of mass transfer and the diffusion time. Meanwhile, as the experiment, related results have acquired, absorption efficiency and absorption rate are measured, and finally the article also analyses results of these indicators to give the basis for further study.
