摘要
对旋流反应器的传质系数进行了研究。在表面更新模型的基础上,通过湍流尺度与能幅的关系,考虑不同尺度的涡旋对传质的贡献,采用能谱加权的方法,得到了旋流反应器的传质系数模型。从模型看,传质系数kL随着雷诺数Re的增加而增大,将模型计算得到的理论结果与实验进行了验证,二者吻合较好。
The mass transfer coefficient in cyclone reactor was studied. On the basis of surface renewal model, through the connection of turbulent scale with energy amplitude, and the contribution of diversity dimension of turbulent eddy being considered, a model of gas- liquid mass transfer coefficient in cyclone reactor was established by the method of energy syectrum weighing. According to the model, the mass transfer coefficient kL will increase with the accretion of Re and compared the simulated result with that of experiment, they are quite identical.
