一种利用离心力场强北传质的新型旋转吸收器,用于烟气脱硫可获得高的脱硫效果,用清水吸收时的脱硫率达70%~80%,用含催化剂Mn^(2+)水溶液吸收时脱硫率达90%~95%,脱硫率随转速增大而上升.
A new type of absorber, helical rotating absorber, has high mass transference character by means of the centrifugal field, it is used for flue gas desulphurization and achieved of high desulphurization efficiency. The desulphurization efficiency of absorber by boot water and Mn2+ catalytic oxidation are up to 70 ~ 80% and 90 ~ 95% respectively. The higher the rotating velocity, the higher the desulphurization efficiency is.
