摘要 在精子发生的不同阶段,睾丸组织特异性基因的按严格的时间、空间特性表达,这些基因在不同的调节因子作用下从多个层次对精子发生过程进行调控,最终形成成熟的精子。本文对生精细胞及非生精细胞中睾丸特异性基因的表达及其调控进行了综述。 Testis-specific genes display a temporal and spatial pattern of expression at different stages of spermiogenesis. Many transcription factors are required for the regulation of these testis-specific genes, In this article we describe some of the testis-specific genes that are expressed and regulated in male germinal cells and in non-germinal testis cells.
