摘要
目的观察五子衍宗软胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗特发性少、弱精子症的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的120例特发性少、弱精子症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。对照组于三餐后20 min口服左卡尼汀口服液1 g,治疗组三餐前加服五子衍宗软胶囊1.8 g,两组患者均治疗3月。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者禁欲天数和精液质量相关指标比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的精液量、精子密度、a级精子活率、b级精子活率、精子畸形率及精子活动率较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),两组a级精子活率、b级精子活率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组精液量、精子密度、精子活动率显著高于对照组,精子畸形率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的48.33%(P<0.01)。结论五子衍宗软胶囊联合左卡尼汀口服液可明显改善特发性少、弱精子症患者的精液质量,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Wuzi Yanzong soft capsule combined with L-carnitine oral liquid in the treatment of idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia admitted in our hoapital were selected, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group took L-carnitine oral liquid 1 g within 20 minutes after meals, while the treatment group added Wuzi Yanzong soft capsule 1.8 g before meals on the basis of the control group.Patients in the two groups were treated for 3 months, and the clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in abstinence days and related semen quality indicators before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the semen volume, sperm density, grade A sperm survival rate,grade B survival rate, rate of sperm malformation and sperm activity rate significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in grade A and grade B sperm survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05). The semen volume, sperm density and sperm activity rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the rate of sperm malformation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 48.33% in the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion Wuzi Yanzong soft capsule combined with L-carnitine oral liquid can obviously improve the semen quality of patients with idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia, and improve the clinical efficacy.
