摘要
目的研究应用生物信息学技术对小鼠睾丸特异启动子进行识别、预测。方法分析睾丸特异性启动子序列和非睾丸特异性启动子序列,通过反式作用因子在两种序列中的对应密度比,确定识别特征,进行睾丸特异性启动子识别。结果收集了24条睾丸特异性启动子序列,分析得到9个反式作用因子及其特征向量。结论本方法对小鼠睾丸特异启动识别、预测具有较高的准确性。
Objective To identify mouse testis-specific promoters using computer technology. Methods Three data sets of trans-acting factor sequences, testis-specific promoter sequences and non-testis specific promoter sequences were collected, analyzed for comparative density of each trans-acting factor binding site. The density of each trans-acting factor in the corresponding data set was used to derive the density ratio, to identify mouse testis-specific promoters. Results Obtaining nine cis-acting regulatory DNA elements and their characteristic vector quantity from the analysis results of the collecting 24 tesits-specific promoter sequence. Conclusion This analysis method was highly accurate in predicting the mouse testis-specific promoters.
