摘要
从蔬菜保护地筛选出4株具有絮凝活性的微生物,应用研制的4种微生物絮凝剂(Z1902,Z2701,X1801,X1806)和聚合三氯化铝(PAC)的絮凝特性,对猪粪水回流污泥进行了单独和联合絮凝应用效果试验。结果表明:X1801、X1806两种细菌微生物絮凝剂分别与聚合三氯化铝(PAC)配合使用应用于猪粪水回流污泥的絮凝,在明显减少各自使用量的情况下,絮凝性能比各自单独使用效果好,其中,0.5 mL X1801+1 mL PAC、0.2 mL X1801+1.5 mL PAC和0.5 mL X1806+1.5 mL PAC是絮凝净化猪粪水回流污泥的3种最佳用法。
Microbes which can produce bio-coagulants were isolated from greenhouse field. Flocculating effect on activated sludge of livestock sewage of was studied by independent and joint use of the four bio-coagulants (Z1902, Z2701, X1801, X1806) and a chemcoagulant(PAC) in this research. The results showed that the joint use of bio-coagulant and a chem-coagulant was more efficient in purifying polluted waters than the independent use of them. 0.5 m L X1801 +1 mL PAC, 0.2 mL X1801+ 1.5 mL PAC and 0.5 mL X1806+1.5 mL PAC was the three best method that flocculated the activated sludge of livestock sewage.
