摘要
目的了解脐血心钠素水平对高危新生儿抢救的指导作用。方法检测80例高危新生儿脐血心钠素水平并与20例正常新生儿脐血心钠素水平对比,80例高危新生儿又据其出生时Apgar的评分情况及胎龄分为0～3分组、4～7分组、8～10分组及早产组、足月产组、过期产组,并分别对比观察其脐血心钠素水平的变化。结果高危新生儿组脐血心钠素水平明显高于正常新生儿组(P<0.01),0～3分组脐血心钠素高于4～7分组,8～10分组为最低,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),早产儿脐血心钠素水平最高,过期产组次之,足月产组最低,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脐血心钠素水平可反应新生儿的病情变化,早期检测对指导新生儿的救治有一定的临床意义。
objective To investigate the level of atrial natriuretie peptide（ANP） in cord blood and comprehend the direction of the level of ANP to salvage the high risk newborn infants. Methods The level of ANP of 80 high risk newborn infants in cord blood were detected in contrast to the level of ANP of 20 normal newborn infants in cord blood. The 80 high risk newborn infants was divided into 0-3 score group ,4-7 score group and 8-10 score group according to Apgar score ,and were divided into premature delivery group , term birth group , post-term group according to the gestational age, and compared with change of the level of ANP in cord blood. Results The level of ANP of the the high-risk newborn infants in cord blood was higher than that of the normal newborn infants.. The level of ANP in 0-3 score group was higher than that in 4-7 score group, the level of ANP in 8-10 score group was the lowest, the interclass contrast is significant difference （P〈0.01）,the level of ANP in cord blood of premature delivery group was the highest of the three groups. The interclass contrast is significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The level of ANP in the cord blood can react the change of the pathogenetic of the newborn infants, and early detection of the level of ANP has a certain clinic significance in the course of curing the newborn infants.
